weddings
weddings seem to have started revolving around getting just the right wedding photos lately. if you’d like to have your wedding be mostly just about you getting married, i’m your girl.
i lead with photojournalism when i shoot weddings. of course, we’ll get the photos with the family and portraits of the bride and groom, but we’ll also get the moments in the middle! no matter how the day goes, i’ll be there to document it, and most of the time you hopefully won’t even notice i’m there. (:
engagement
if you read what i wrote about weddings up there, then same rules mostly apply here. except, of course, that engagement photos are both about the engagement, and about the photos. so if you’re proposing, we’ll do a little of both—fly on the wall style during the proposal, and then some photos after.
if you’re not proposing and you just need some professional proof to send to your loved ones on the save the date, we’ll find a place that feels like the two of you, and we’ll do a combo of posed and candid. i promise, they’ll feel genuinely you.
everything else
family portraits? senior pics? just had a baby? just want to remember what life is like right now?
i’d like to help you document it thoughtfully and honestly. these sessions can be whatever you want them to be, and i can be there to either guide you through a shoot, or i can hang back and be an observer! whatever you fancy, we can make it happen.
